This typeface was designed by Nadine Khalid in 2021. This design originated as an attempt to catch the atmosphere of the song “Let It Happen” and its creator “Tame Impala” on the album Named Currents. It sounds like a light and breezy album. It's is filled with nostalgia-inducing synths evocative of hazy summer mornings and listless afternoons. But if there's a bittersweet aftertaste, it's because of those hazy synths obscure lyrics. This type design has furthermore drawn inspiration from studying the following typefaces in and out: “ccchils” by John Roshell, “BubbleDub” by Oliver Waldemar and “MockoFun Wavy” by MockoFun
